The Walnuts Centre is a concrete framed shopping centre constructed in 1972 and located in Orpington, United Kingdom. Walnuts is located within the core town centre off High Street which features a number of national multiple retailers including Boots, Superdrug, WH Smith, Iceland and Robert Dyas.

 

CHANCE is currently redeveloping the adjacent buildings into a leisure scheme of around 65,000 sq. ft. including an Odeon cinema, several retail and Food & Beverage units. Moreover, the development of a 61-key budget hotel, fully let to Premier Inn, is ongoing.

Chapel Quarter is a mixed use asset located in Nottingham which is 125 miles north of London and is the commercial and administrative hub for the East Midlands region in the UK. The property totals 144,426 sq. ft. split between a 120-bed hotel, five leisure/restaurant operators, and grade A offices.

 

 

In late 2014, CHANCE successfully executed an exit of this investment achieving high return performance to its shareholders.
